The Property is located in Kelkheim approximately 17 km west of Frankfurt/Main in the so-called Vordertaunus region. The Property comprises a total area of 10,123 m² and is developed with three commercial buildings built in 1988/1989. Building 1 houses. The ground floor comprises the main sales area, staff and administration rooms, storage areas, and a joiner’s workshop.
